Returns
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of product delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Returns will not be accepted if the brand tag or plastic seal is removed.

  • We offer two pickup attempts. If both fail, the customer must self-ship the product to our return address.

  • Reverse pickup availability depends on your location.

  • Product quality or quantity issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery for resolution.

  • COD shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • A ₹100 logistics fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Return Procedure

To initiate a return:

  1. Submit a return request at 9717424658 via Whatsapp with a clear photo or video showing the product, including the brand tag and plastic seal.

  2. Once approved, we’ll arrange a pickup within 4–5 business days.

  3. Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  4. It typically takes 3–5 business days for the refund to reflect in your original payment method.

Return Eligibility Checklist:
  • Item must be in unused, unwashed, original condition.

  • All original tags must be attached.

Cancellations
  • Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. You may return the item according to our return policy.

  • If you refuse delivery, it will be processed as a return per our policy.

  • To cancel an order before it is shipped, visit your My Account section or contact us directly.

Exchanges
  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused and in original packaging, with brand tag and plastic seal intact.

  • Reverse pickup will be attempted twice; after that, self-shipping will be required.

  • Reverse pickup availability is location-dependent.

  • Report any product issue (quality/quantity) within 24 hours for quick assistance.
