Prepaid Orders

  • Dispatch Time: Prepaid orders are dispatched within 36 hours.

  • Tracking: You'll receive a tracking link via both Email and WhatsApp once your order is shipped.

  • Shipping Cost: We provide free shipping on all prepaid orders.

  • Delivery Time: Your order should arrive within 7–8 business days.

  • Refund Policy: If you return a product, ₹100 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover shipping charges.

 

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Dispatch Time: COD orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.

  • Tracking: A tracking link will be sent via Email and WhatsApp after shipping.

  • Shipping Charges: A flat fee of ₹100 applies to all COD orders. This fee is non-refundable and added at checkout.

  • Refund Policy: If a product is returned, ₹100 will be deducted from the refund amount in addition to the non-refundable COD shipping fee.
